Graphic / Web Designer

We are adding to our Art Department team.

In our continued growth, we are searching for a full-time multi-talented person who can interactively work with our design and web design personnel. We welcome your resume.

• Ability to follow written specifications from job ticket and maintain detailed documentation from start to complete.

All applicants must meet three areas of expertise itemized below. All applicants interviewed will undergo a minimal 2-3 hour test to display their skills.

Must have 4 years minimum of creative design in a PC printing work environment.

• Coreldraw, Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat.
• Proficient in photo and slide scanning.
• Upload proofs to extranet and .pdf file knowledge., tif, eps, jpeg, bmp, etc..

Must have 2 years minimum background work experience in an IBM hardware environment:

• Working experience with pre-press electronic hardware.
• Prepare files for printing format to several presses.
• Preflight all files to rip (Agfa).
• Film output & processing.

Knowledge of stripping and plating a plus.

Must have 3 years minimum background work experience in creative web site design.

• Standard html or javascript, Flash 4, and Macromedia Dreamweaver.
